Our solutions are applicable throughout the property lifecycle but are particularly
effective when applied at the high value pre-contract and immediate post contract
elements of projects. We particularly concentrate on aspects such as:
claim entitlements and structuring (pre and post acquisition); estimates of tax relief for use in feasibility and financial model calculations;
advice on contribution and subsidy agreement structuring; work on project tax design enhancements; the enhanced capital allowances scheme; information streams and data capture.
